Training in aikido does not require great strength, flexibility, endurance, or any special skills, but it can develop all these things. The only way to know what it is like to train in aikido is to do it. The images to the left will hopefully give you some idea of the atmosphere you'll find at Monadnock Aikikai. We welcome you to visit — watch or train — and see for yourself. To see video of the dojo and its members training, click this Video page link.
